Job Description

In Digikala we have different verticals and business units, and each has many unique challenges requiring tailor-made solutions. We need a creative data-driven mind in Commercial Strategy and Insight team to help us with addressing problems, providing analytical solutions, and optimizing overall performance. This position requires an eager person to learn constantly due to the dynamic environment of a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:

Defining, planning, and monitoring business KPIs.
Exploring data for insights and ideas to increase performance and enhance KPIs.
Analyzing the business profits and losses.
Finding causes and effects in data behavior.
Suggesting improvement areas for the department considering the company goals (both in KPIs and processes).
Providing routine and specific reports and presentations.

Requirements

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Very strong numerical and analytical skills (translate commercial concepts into quantifiable measurable performance).
Ability to think critically and creatively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team. environment while meeting critical deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Python and Power BI is a plus.
Knowledge of e-commerce is a plus.
