Job Description
● Prepare, file and retrieve sales-related documents, such as contracts, payments information.
● Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for the Account Management team.
● Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc.
● Assisting in the implementation of sales event by Negotiate with suppliers to conclude a contract for events.
● Control the sales field force petty cash according to company standards and policies.
● Write and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
● Manage sales department petty cash and Provide credit concession file for each invoice.
