Job Description

● Prepare, file and retrieve sales-related documents, such as contracts, payments information. ● Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for the Account Management team. ● Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc. ● Assisting in the implementation of sales event by Negotiate with suppliers to conclude a contract for events. ● Control the sales field force petty cash according to company standards and policies. ● Write and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. ● Manage sales department petty cash and Provide credit concession file for each invoice.

Requirements

● Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in Business. ● Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience. ● Familiarity with sales and marketing principles. ● Communication skills. ● Team Player. ● Fluent in English, both oral and written. Note: ● Interview process with the shortlisted candidates would be started from early Aug 2021 onwards
