Job Description

Member of a sales support team may have different job titles, including sales coordinator, sales support and sales team assistant. The role that he/she has in common is to provide support to sales persons or representatives in the field and to deal with customers or prospects who contact a companys sales department. - Generally, he/she has not direct responsibilities for selling, but works contributes to good customer relationships and enables the field sales team to spend more time selling. - Responsible for providing support during the sales process. - Helps customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support.

Requirements

- Must be fluent in English. - 3-5 years professional field sales or customer service team experience. - Strong skills in data entry - Demonstrate superb attention to detail - Perfect Microsoft Office skills and working with CRM software experience. - Ability to work in a team environment to achieve the end result - Reporting Skills - Administrative Writing Skills - Understanding the Customer, Customer Focus, Informing Others, Self-Development, Attention to Detail, Professionalism - Teamwork
