Job Description
As part of the sales team, the role includes: - Handling telephone inquiries and requests, email, faxes and post - Organizing and maintaining schedules and making appointments - Organizing and attending meetings - Handling emails and letters properly - Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports - Preparing proforma invoices - Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information - Translation, English to Farsi and vice versa - Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff - Following up tasks as delegated
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering or Technical background would be an advantage) - Fluent in both English and Farsi, written and spoken -- German would be an advantage - Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi - Excellent skills in MS Word and Excel - Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Committed to delivering a professional job - Sense of humor is a must - Relevant work experience would be an advantage, but competent fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
