Job Description

As part of the sales team, the role includes: • Preparing proforma invoices • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information • handling emails and letters properly • Handling telephone inquiries and requests, email, faxes and post • Organizing and maintaining schedules and making appointments • Organizing and attending meetings • Following up tasks as delegated • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff • Translation, English to Farsi and vice versa

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering or Technical background would be an advantage) • Fluent in both English and Farsi, written and spoken -- German would be an advantage • Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi • Excellent skills in MS Word and Excel • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Committed to delivering a professional job • Sense of humor is a must • Relevant work experience would be an advantage, but competent fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
