You are supposed to help, develop, execute and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels for sales and marketing of access control and time attendance hardware and systems including biometric scanners, time attendance systems, access control systems, deposit safe-box solutions, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and sales
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Researching the market and analyzing trends
- Lead generation skills
- Desire to start a new opportunity in the marketing and sales department
- Develop, implement and track marketing and promotional programs such as email, social media, digital campaigns and traditional channels
- Taking existing/new products into existing/new markets
- Manage and execute the preparation, issuance, and delivery of marketing
- Good innovative and interpersonal skills. Above average personal, communication and business skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and lead management systems
