Job Description

-This position we are looking for as Sales and Marketing Manager is aimed to making Sales and Marketing strategy for the company. - Sales Manager in charge of managing sales team under his/her supervision, Planning specific policy for sales team, establishing sales objectives, Analyzing market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback the market and handle all sales activities in order to fulfill these objectives. -Expanded to include sales management, Distribution channel management and customer service -Ability of Planning to hold Events, Seminars, Special Sales Promotions and etc. - Have meeting with Costumers and Client. - Dealing with promotional activities - Planning for penetrate in market and diffuse Company products (Find new opportunities and potentials in the market, according to marketing plan) - Achieving sales targets and managing receivables as per the set objectives -Motivation and sense of competition between sales teams members. - Ask reporting of sales team and report to managing team. -Engage consumers on social media. -Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and face-to-face marketing and measurement
