Job Description
- Research & find a high potential customer or area in local market, attending to tender & ability for preparing related documents, no have limitation for periodic travel to visit customer or develop new market - Responsible to supervise the activities of marketing and sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives - Create, develop and implement sales strategies - Monitoring sales activities and implementing company policies - Communicating with customers in a friendly, prompt and professional manner - Follow up with existing clients on their requirements - Follow up on the customers' accounts, invoices and payments - Develop and maintain customers' database - Handle outdoor sales activities - Prepare the monthly / weekly related report to CEO - Responsible for sales planning, managing and developing marketing plans, strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
- BS/MS Degree or MBA Preferred in a related field. - At least 4-5 years experience in sales & marketing management (preferably in construction industry). - Preferable age between 30-45 years. - Familiar with legal contracts and tenders. - Leadership abilities, sales and negotiation skills and collecting data statistics; e.g. ability to work with CRM. - Good knowledge of foreign sales and marketing. - Flexible to domestic and overseas traveling. - Gender: Male.
