Job Description
Objective of the role: Increase sales, retaining the customers.
List of responsibilities: Identify potential customers and clients based on business directories, leads, and referrals from existing customers
Discuss business, product or service needs with new and current customers
Prepare or distribute literature, videos and also other presentations of information about company and products or services
Describe features, technical specifications, and uses of products or services
Present and negotiate price, credit and other sales or service agreement terms and conditions
Answer customer questions about availability, delivery schedules, warranties and servicing of products
Offer ongoing technical support to the customer after purchase
Read publications or online content concerning technological advances, upgrades, changes and also other matters concerning the products or services
Keep the sales manager informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses

Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager.
Subordinates: No subordinates.
Length of Probation Period: 3 months.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 to 17:30.
Travel requirements: Within the country.
