Main responsibilities: • To build the retail team in Tehran • To insure the sales plan implementation by sales forces • To analyze the market frequently • To report the market needs periodically Reporting to: GM Subordinates: Sales Agents Other interactions: Board members Number required: 1 Duration: One year contract Desired start date: 15 January 2008 Probation: 3 months Working hours: Sat-Wednesday 8 am- 6 pm Travel requirements: NO Gross monthly base salary: 6,000,000 Rials Commission / Bonus: Maximum 2 months salary per annum Other Benefits: Performance related

University qualifications: Bsc in any field Other certifications: Marketing qualification Previous experience: 3 years experience as sales supervisor in a distribution company Specialist knowledge: Computer literate Other Skills: Good selling, negotiation, communication and staff management skills Ideal Age Range: 25-32 Gender Preference: Male Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills: English Current Residence: Tehran
