Job Description

-Visit dealers regularly to communicate and check out their performance, reflect their and our needs -Training of dealers for new products, promotions and access to portals -In-store visibility and POSM availability checking to make sure the store is not out of stock -Stock availability checking and maintain business flow through dealers’ stock availability -Visit assigned new dealer requests up on request of distributors -Sell Shatel Mobile products, using upsell & cross sell methods -Guide customers regarding Shatel Mobile products -Prepare regular reports of customers’ feedbacks and questions -Resolve customer’s complaints regarding SIM/Modem issues -Guide customers regarding Shatel Mobile products -Resolve modems’ problems and handle swap modems -Generate reports based on business needs

Requirements

Experience: •1 year of experience in Telecom, Service Center, Sales/Support team or related fields -Education: •Associated degree in any related field -Knowledge: •Telecom Fundamentals •Sales fundamentals •SHM Product and Services •CRM and POS Basics •General knowledge of Iran MNOs and MVNOs -Skill & Ability: •Microsoft Office •Working with CRM and POS •Negotiation •Communication •Presentation •Listening •Reporting •Sales •Problem solving -Attitude: •Honesty & Integrity •Teamwork •Approachable •Confident •Customer Centric •Patient •Trustworthy •Detail-oriented •Pressure tolerant
