Job Description

-Assist in preparing interoffice memos and drafting emails -Reconcile department budget and generate reports -Greet visitors in a prompt and friendly fashion -Maintain the office filing system and retrieve material from files as requested -Process appropriate paperwork to pay vendor invoices -Perform general office duties, including faxing, copying, scanning and filing -carry on clerical duties such as handling day to day operations, assisting sales team members and making and receiving clients to and from clients. -may also be required to work as a salesman on certain days and sell products or items and hence it is his/her responsibility to have a thorough knowledge about the products/goods/services. -fixing up meetings, ensuring the fact that meetings with clients go smooth and assisting administrative department etc. -to update the business profile, business website, send cards to clients on holidays, festivals or other special occasions.


-2+ years’ experience in a clerical/administrative position -High school diploma/GED required -Excellent office and customer service skills -Impeccable written and oral communication skills -Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment -Able to take direction well and work with minimal supervision -Demonstrated track record of reliability and dependability
