Job Description

• Provide weekly sales status report vs. forecast • Monitoring sales accounts, preparing sales reports and controlling discrepancies • Controlling online transactions on a daily basis • Confirming the required permit for discount on items • Responsible for sales Invoices, preparing sales reports and all the necessary documents for sales • Check issued sales documents and preparing sales reports • Preparing Monthly Reports on fast and slow moving products and product lines • Adopting sales report with the consumers’ details • Preparing sales reports for each point of sales • Recording returns on sold items and preparing financial reports on discrepancies in figures • Controlling the sales and purchase contracts in terms of price and financial clauses • Preparing and analyzing sales reports based on management recommendations • Registering sales documents in addition to returned items and discount on specific sales • Checking and keeping track of customers’ open accounts
