Sales Manager Tasks: A. Intrusive site visits or visitor control of the area through common computer tools 6- Identifying under performing and justifying visitors and eventually firing them. 7- S,W,O.T analysis(Competitors & Market & Product &Company) C. Other duties: 1- Keep track of receivables and checks 2- Determining the point of ordering goods and planning to supply the goods 3- Continuous training of personnel and holding sales workshops and accurate training of products 4- Offer promotion, rewards and resources and cooperation with marketing unit
