Job Description
1) Sales and marketing expert for central office in Kish branch. Main responsibilities: 2) Ensure maximum market coverage and increase market share. 3) Arrange meeting & Negotiation with owners, architects, Consultants and Contractors of new project to generate new sales and maintaining relationships to closing deals. 4) Prepare and formally present offers for elevator & escalator equipment. Explain Cost factors on emphasize value and technical benefits such as durability, performance, ride-comfort, Schedule and appearance of product. 5) Preparing periodic sales report; showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion. 6) Monitoring and evaluating the activities and products of the competitors. 7) Presence in the allocated area to search for new projects and attending sales meetings. Reporting to: Sales Manager Working hours: Sat- Wednesday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm & Thursday 8:00 – 12:00 Travel requirements: Occasional
Requirements
1) At least 3 years' marketing experience in elevator industry or at least building materials. 2) Bachelor's degree, preferred areas of study are: Business, Management, Engineering, and Marketing. 3) Computer knowledge in office skills (word, excel, power point & outlook) 4) English knowledge in reading, writing, speaking & listening 5) Excellent Negotiation / Challenging Skills and ability to work under hard conditions such as working out of office to search for new projects. 6) Gender Preference: Male & Female 7) Current Residence: Kish
