Job Description
To maximize the customer satisfaction on our service quality and capability with providing professional after sales services. Duties and responsibilities include: Work for daily service work, such as high-end and low-end PC components (Motherboards, VGAs, HDDs, memories, laptops, tablets, ODD and etc.) repair. Be responsible for customer’s call back, technical support and problem solving. Working closely with sales team & project team to ensure the customer satisfaction. Provide technical feedback to the project management according to customer’s feedback. Timely and correctly feedbacks work order, weekly report and monthly report.
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor of electronic engineering (Or Computer Hardware engineering) Experience: At least 2 years experiences in aftersales service of PC components Motherboard and VGA repairing experience is a must. Using measuring and diagnostic devices to adjust, test, and repair equipment Knowledge: -Electronic and electrical knowledge. -IT Knowledge in addition is preferable. Skill: -Strong skills of diagnosing, repairing and trouble shooting. -MS office and PC skills are must; -Good communication skill Language: -Good knowledge of English in all skills Attributes: -Personal accountability -Goal achievement -Teamwork -Analytical -Technical interest -Problem solving Behaviors: -Customer oriented -Proactive
