Job Description

• To cooperate with cross-functional intra and inter-departmental teams for financial and systems process reports in revenue team area. • To liaise with technical support vendors in resolving system problems with the Billing and charging system • To act as a cross-functional interface for resolution of revenue reconciliation issues with ITS division. • To receive and analyze revenue reports from Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and other source system to support revenue accountant activities. • To ensure correct reporting of revenue by EDW and other data source systems. • To review billing reports of the prior month to ensure which data to reprocess and escalate unsolved cases to RA. • To review and analyze Non-Financial info (to be able to prepare reports needed) for support and checking financial information. • To run and analyze different queries on different Data Sources for revenue analysis and ensure data integrity for revenue reporting. • To have control on revenue cycle related modules on ERP to ensure the compliance of financial ERP with the reporting. • To analyze revenue reports and follow the revenue trends to provide a revenue analytical insight for management and evaluate enhancement opportunities • To conduct monthly data reconciliation between different revenue data source system and follow the difference till it’s solved. • To ensure compliance with all deadlines and reporting requirements/regulations in order to pass each financial deadline/audit on time. • To review company business processes continuously with a special emphasis on revenue/direct costs, to identify company new revenue streams and plans for conducting revenue accounting in them. • To design primary controls which is align with RA controls on revenue and cost. • To build relationship and coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide required information.
