Retail Trainer (Device Dept.)
● Schedule appropriate training sessions.
● Conduct training through new materials.
● Conduct workshops, online training sessions, individual training sessions, and shop by shop training etc.
● Prepare training materials such as sales talk, videos, presentations, and localize training materials based on data etc.
● Train and guide new employees.
● Support and mentor employees.
● Conduct shops evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
● Conduct employee evaluations.
● Monitor employee performance and response to training manager.
● Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
● Collaborate with the Training Manager to identify training needs.
● Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing according to training.
