Objective: Develop and maintain the existing sales team based on the corporate strategies in order to make proper In-Market Sales with the acceptable success rate. Main responsibilities: - Develop retail sales strategies for Tehran. - Develop and keep optimized, the existing retail distribution route plans. - Monitor all competitors strategies and act accordingly. - Ability to develop new ideas to increase market share. - Monitor all sales related issues in conformity with the 5P Principles. - Having the right vision on the new launches and have the capability to design and offer trade promotions ... with ROI consideration. - Ability to find, recruit and train sales staff in order to keep the team in the optimized staffing level and prevent any serious vacancy in the team. - Leadership characteristics is a must to be able to supervise the sales staff.
