Job Description
Main Responsibilities: - Market visits, collecting outlet information, create retail data base - Collect Channel mapping information & supply routes from the field at retail level - Identify Key & focus shops with the grading & monitor their performance - Provide Retail development program and business plans - Control retail operation and performance monitoring - Deploy spy checking and auditing programs for own shops & branded shops - Provide franchise program for retail operation expansion - Handling online retailing, chain stores & organized retail accounts - Develop retail distribution plan via direct and indirect mode - Develop retail operation team & field force with deploying all the operation mechanism and procedures - Run and control mechanization process - Ensure achievement of the agreed KPI's & targets - Reporting to the commercial director
Requirements
- Academic degree preferably in business management, IT & Telecom domains - At least 5 years' experience in FMCG, Mobile, IT sales, distribution & trade marketing (Mobile/IT background is plus) - Team leadership experience - Familiar with the key Mobile/IT Wholesalers, sub digits & retailers - Familiar with Trade marketing activities - Excellent command in English - Excellent knowledge of ICDL (capable of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Ability to Travel to the provinces across country - Excellent interpersonal, leadership & negotiation skills plus team working attitude - Applicants required presenting & describing retail business dynamics during interview session - Based in Tehran
