Job Description
The agent is responsible for handling general service on the phone, face to face customers and emails. The aim is to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
The tasks include the following:
• Independently provide customer service on the phone and to direct customers.
• Assist travel agents with all product inquiries.
• Carry out further service tasks as necessary.
• Using computer system (word, excel, PowerPoint).
• Participate in other duties as assigned.
• To be sales minded.
