We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research and Development Specialist(Construction Industry) to join our dynamic team in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
Conduct extensive research on new materials and technologies relevant to the construction industry.
Develop and execute experimental designs to evaluate product performance and longevity.
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate research findings into practical applications.
Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for new product development.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research results to stakeholders.
Oversee the prototyping process and conduct rigorous testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure that developments are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in research and development within the construction or building materials industry.
Strong understanding of materials properties, testing methods, and building codes.
Proficient in data analysis and statistical software to interpret research results.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and interact with multiple stakeholders.
