Job Description

● Act as the Corporate Security liaison for the Respective Region. Overall responsibility of security, Fraud, and Vigilance for the region. ● Liaise with local Post and Govt. authorities with respect to security concerns and issues within the region. ● Ensure all critical service levels are met and contractual obligations complied with, with deviations reported through the incident report framework. ● Send MIS reports on performance indicators. ● Ensure timely reporting and handling of security issues. ● Conduct detailed investigation of security breaches and submit a report for the same to Business Unit Head, Security Head and HR, and Legal. ● Collaborate in implementing security policies and data protection laws in business. ● Responsible for the deployment and performance of security personnel. Ensure smooth functioning of security operations such as ID administration, log review, and monitoring. ● Ensure maintenance of customer (Missions) satisfaction levels on security issues. ● Ensure that all Security prevention techniques used within the region conform to mission contractual requirements, company policies, procedures, and legal guidelines. ● Conduct regular safety drills and ensure communication of necessary safety measures to all employees. ● Coordinate and assist with the implementation of VAC security operations and activities to ensure the protection of Employees, Applicants, physical assets, and information assets, while ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment.
