- Looking after sales targets for the company in the all Regions. - Being able to manage of area managers, wholesales coordinators and retail Representatives to drive targets for the market. - Evaluating sales trends and gathering competitive information, identifying trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. - Ensuring quality of service and coverage by the sales force to distributors and customers. - Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget. - Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan for districts in support of company objectives. - Managing whole process of sales of the products within a defined geographic region , ensure consistent , profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning , deployment and management of sales team identifies objectives , strategies and action plans to improve sales and earnings. - Following up on the contracts implementation of all Sub-D (prices, targets, payment, coverage, exclusivity reporting) - Sending all the needed reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to Sales Director. - Ensuring that all routes / areas are optimally covered and that sales team understanding the sales plans for their particular areas.
- Minimum Associated Degree in Management or other field - At least 3 years of experience in FMCG filed - Strong Forecasting, targeting and Reporting - Negotiation skills - Strategic planning skills - Excellent communication skills - Time management & problem solving - Ability to work under pressure - Proficiency in MS office - Key Demographic Requirements - Applicants must be: Male Maximum Age: 40
