- Looking after sales targets for the company in the all Regions.
- Being able to manage of area managers, wholesales coordinators and retail Representatives to drive targets for the market.
- Evaluating sales trends and gathering competitive information, identifying trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
- Ensuring quality of service and coverage by the sales force to distributors and customers.
- Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget.
- Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan for districts in support of company objectives.
- Managing whole process of sales of the products within a defined geographic region , ensure consistent , profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning , deployment and management of sales team identifies objectives , strategies and action plans to improve sales and earnings.
- Following up on the contracts implementation of all Sub-D (prices, targets, payment, coverage, exclusivity reporting)
- Sending all the needed reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to Sales Director.
- Ensuring that all routes / areas are optimally covered and that sales team understanding the sales plans for their particular areas.
Requirements
- Minimum Associated Degree in Management or other field
- At least 3 years of experience in FMCG filed
- Strong Forecasting, targeting and Reporting
- Negotiation skills - Strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management & problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS office
