Job Description
• To plan, organize, and direct all sales activities and achieve business plan goals in respective region
• Manage the regional sales operation in order to achieve annual sales volume and distribution objectives
• Participate in development and is responsible for implementation of the sales strategy within the region in compliance with the company’s sales policy
• Plan and administrate the region resources efficiently in order to achieve expected results
• Ensure that all routes/areas are optimally covered and that Sales Team understands the sales plans for their particular areas
• Coordinates the actions of gathering information on the market within the region
• Report periodically on the sales progress and results, analyze developments and make recommendations
• Regular visits to the market for back check and to review and evaluate performance of sales force based on KPIs
