Job Description

Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures. Supervise the recruiting team. Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates. Assist the HR Unit in providing job profiles in the time of hiring to recruit best available talents for vacant positions . Interview job applicants on professional experience, education, training, skills and behavioral assessments . Research the best job advertising techniques. Attend career events and job fairs. Reference and background checks of applicants . Prepare documentation & report for hiring process . Managing ATS. Suggest ways to improve the employer's brand through recruitment policies .

Requirements

Experience as a Recruiting Manager, or Recruitment Consultant/ Freelancer. Knowledge of labor laws. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently. Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases. Knowledge of social media and professional & networks. Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently. Intermediate fluency in English is preferred. Both male & female candidates between age 30-40 .
