POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Tehran /Iran Company: Nestlé Division: Human Department Full-time Reports to: NIR HR Business Partner/NiM Talent Acquisition Manager POSITION SUMMARY The TA Partner is expected to partner with the aligned function and/or business area, together with the relevant HRBPs, to manage the recruitment process, provide subject matter expertise and talent insight, and enable hiring managers to select the best quality candidates at all levels. He/She is responsible for executing and managing the end to end talent acquisition strategy for the aligned function/business, accurately utilizing the global Talent Acquisition processes, systems and tools to achieve the desired outcome. Leveraging the employee value proposition to ensure a highly positive candidate experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE … Align & Execute TA Strategy: • Understand the needs of the aligned function(s) and/or business (es)/OPCs/Factories and stakeholders. • Ensure planning and hiring decisions are continuously informed by relevant labor market data and trends. • Build knowledge of agreed resource plans and resource planning activity for aligned function/business. Deliver End to End Recruitment Process: • Manage and deliver high quality talent into the business including: Strategic alignment meeting with line manager, align sourcing and attraction strategy with NiM Centre of Competence if need be, identify and agree competencies required, ensure effective screening and interview process, coach line manager selection. • Partner with the above market CoC talent teams to ensure the delivery of key talent solutions (e.g. selection assessment, proactive talent pipelining). • Provide insights to NiM Talent Acquisition Manager to define Recruitment Marketing strategy. Support business/function talent management: • Manage active candidates through the recruitment process and provide regular feedback and updates, guiding everyone through the candidate journey, managing rejection effectively and using the offer stage to successfully convert candidate to employee. Become a Trusted advisor: • Take responsibility for ensuring hiring managers are compliant throughout the recruitment process for both internal and external candidates. Coach HRBP’s to build functional expertise in talent acquisition.

Requirements

ARE YOU A FIT? Key Experiences • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders effectively, often with different hiring requirements • Experience working in the recruiting industry, with a mix of recruitment agency and in-house Talent Acquisition would be a plus •Experience of coaching managers on interviewing and modern recruiting methodology is an advantage • Successful execution of measured objectives • Influencing and networking with stakeholders at all levels to achieve outcomes • Experience working with technological providers (ATS providers, various Social Media platforms, other digital sourcing channels) for recruiting purposes • Use of recruiting sourcing tools and practices to identify prospective candidates (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter license, Boolean search, or CRM data mining, Job board resume/CV databases) • Experience of identifying relevant skills and cultural fit • Experience of pre-screening and assessment Other Personal Qualities • Resilience to ensure delivery of goals despite changing environment or landscape • Strong People Agility to ensure successful working with diverse groups of people, political agility, skilled communication and strong conflict management • Demonstrates an understanding and interest in labor market dynamics and generational differences in the workplace • Personal Gravitas and Credibility to build strong professional relationships • Acknowledges & respects the contribution & abilities of all employees irrespective of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion etc. • Self-directed in projects, tasks and learning • Must be able to travel to all countries in the region (e.g. UAE) • English proficiency is a Must
