Job Description

Participate in human resource planning and collaboration in identifying and prioritizing the recruitment needs and required expertise - Following end to end of recruitment process from recruitment plan, hiring request, CV sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and on-boarding - Source candidates through various methods and proactively develop talent pipelines in anticipation for business need -Use social and professional networking sites (such as LinkedIn) to identify and source candidates - Conducting different interview methods such as phone, behavioral, Group & Panel Interviews - Screening resumes and interview job applicants on professional experience, education, training, skills and behavioral assessments and personality tests - Effectively analyze and report recruitment metrics - Compilation job description - Build networks, and create contacts in the industry to find qualified candidates - Prepare documentation for hiring process - Conducting candidate interviews and reference checks, extending job offers, and serving as point-person for candidates and new hires - Interview with resigned staffs -Collaborate in the development of other human resources processes such as education and development, performance evaluation, replacement and etc.

Requirements

- BA or Master Degree in related fields - Minimum 2-years recruitment experience - Experience in Freight forwarding (Sea / Land /Air Freight) Transportation / Shipping / NVOCC section is an advantage - General knowledge of all HR areas - Result oriented approach - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Fluent in English (Oral and Written) - Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Power Point
