Job Description

-Responsible for define and execute quality control cycle: quality control plan for raw materials, packing materials, production process and final products -Responsible for establish and running quality control lab based on requirements of quality control plans. (Including hardware, procedure and trained human resource) -Close monitoring the high quality stability of products -Close cooperation to establish and running quality management systems (ISO 9000, 14000,18000,17025) -Responsible for new products development focused on new fertilizers

Requirements

-At least Bachelor of Chemistry, Agriculture or other relevant -At least 5 years of experience in Fertilizer and Pesticide production -Excellent technical knowledge about Fertilizers and production methods -Good knowledge about safety in a high risk chemical factory -Master in ICDL and relevant software of computer specially Excel -Awareness and cognition to basic principles of international quality management systems -Advanced skills to running lab tests -Good organizational skills -Good leadership skills -Advanced Reporting skills -Fluent in English -Gender Preference: Male -Idea Age Range 35-45
