Job Description

• Support the R&D Manager as the Technical Project Leader for local design and deployment of Home Care innovations and activations while ensuring effective communication with global R&D teams.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations in formulation, processing, claims, and packaging to support innovation, renovation, and cost optimization projects.
• Assist in delivering brand innovation programs, factory implementation activities, and value improvement initiatives across the Home Care portfolio.
• Support third-party manufacturing development by ensuring products meet the company's quality, technical, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate Product Logic Value Improvement projects to improve business profitability and operational efficiency.
• Support formulation adaptation to meet local regulatory requirements and optimize products using available raw materials, packaging materials, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead assigned projects independently while supporting the R&D Manager in strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Requirement:
• Strong technical knowledge of formulation, process development, and packaging.
• Good project coordination and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to lead assigned projects and mentor junior team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP PLM or similar systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English
