Job Description

Key responsibilities include: - investigate on raw material to find new sources and change selections Investigate on new products in related fields - Responsible for technical certificates, laboratory tests, sampling, standards. - Ability to present the products and develop new ideas. - Resolves customer complaints by recording problems, proposing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. - Providing Technical proposals to customers - Summarize given documents - Run regular back checks, provide feedback and agree on corrective actions with team members. - Monitor all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take actions on daily basis. - Ensure effectiveness of company programs - Prepare documentation, Cad operating, follow up site activities contractors and consultant negotiation. - Fit out project cost analyses - Site supervision and negotiation with the consultant - Preparation comparison of several contractors to find the best contractor - Managing projects to ensure adherence to schedule, and scope - Provide technical or scientific guidance to related people and parties - Developing business model and business plans - Analysis and documentation of processes and work flows - Define and analysis of policies and business strategies - Understanding business change needs - Meeting, negotiating and consulting with customers
