Job Description

- Developing innovative products (such as bakery and chocolate). - Leadership of new product projects in cooperation with the team, based on proper project management approach. - Involve in the projects to ensure that new and reformulated products can be implemented on production scale and that targeted product performance as well as operational efficiencies are achieved. - Responsible for create/change of any Raw material, packing material, semi product and finished product specification. - Fully aware and able to do recipe calculation for new product development and feasibility of new recipes in the process line. - Managing organoleptic and sensorial tests for trials, complaint samples and competitors.

Requirements

Academic degree & Experience: • Education: At least Master in Food science from a reputable university. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of Operational experience in confectionary and bakery. Required skills: - Ability to speaking, writing and reading in English - Ability to professional research - Familiar with computer softwares - Familiar with related standards - Highly motivated - Team work spirit - Accountable, committed and dedicated to the company Age: 30-40 Gender: Any
