Job Description

Objective of the role: -Checking the performance and quality of the radio network -Monitor / report on network service performance -Raise and follow up on RAN Network issues -Identify & drive improvements through radio optimization -Develop and refine customer experience KPIs and test methods -Evaluate and specific customer experience tooling & development -Engagement with external teams on all performance and optimization matters under area of responsibility. List of responsibilities: - Periodic Checking of Radio Access Network KPI values -Analysis of KPI issue in RAN responsibility -Follow up for issue reasons and Trouble Ticket considering -Preparing Reports. Reporting to: RAN Performance Team Leader.
