Supervising all HACCP aspects/CCP/OPRP/Control Measure (in case of deviation).
Updating validation master plan and leading food safety equipment Validations.
Creating, establishing and controlling the quality management systems documentation, cooperating in planning and performing internal audits, and cooperating in implementing systems and internal standards.
Cooperating in keeping all in-house systems and procedures updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
Collaborating in implementing and monitoring all necessary quality systems.
Cooperating in investigating and finding the root of problems and plan short-term and long-term actions with operational teams.
Analyzing and identifying opportunities for system improvement.
Reporting non-compliance in audits and following up on corrective actions until non-compliance is closed.
Collaborating in preparing monthly and annual reports based on management needs.
Collaborating on food safety risk assessments for various projects as needed.
Document control system management (file manager).
Reviewing and following up quality indicators and preparing relevant data based on management needs.
Participating in Danone quality projects such as HACCP, NNS/E, 5PRP, and GMP).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, or Technology.
At least 3 years of experience in related items.
Fluent in English, verbal and written.
Change management, project management, food safety fundamentals, quality methods and tools, and food quality management standards skills (HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO FSSC 22000, Halal Standard).
