Job Description

- Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials - Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor - Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests - Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work - Document and update inspection results by completing reports. - Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations. - Coach and mentor junior employees; - seek opportunities to grow leadership in others - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, attending seminars, watching industry videos, etc. - Accomplish organization mission by completing related results as needed - To ensure all raw materials are received, inspected, sampled, and disposition according to procedure - Direct inspection and testing personnel to promote effective control of processes and products - Manage and coaches members of QC and lab Depts.

Requirements

- BA/MA in engineering or other related fields - At least 8 years of related QC experience - Deep knowledge of Quality Management. - Computer literate Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet skills - Responsible, committed and proactive, ready to learn and hard working - Very good verbal and written communication skill, active listener and strong teamwork capabilities including negotiation skills - Organized and detail oriented with good time management abilities - Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines under stress - Good command of English language - Familiar with Risk Assessment and continuous improvement concepts - Location: Qom
