Job Description

- The objective of the role: To lead all quality control and quality assurance processes. - List of responsibilities: (1) Managing all subordinate departments including labs, line QC, QA, calibration and quality inspector. (2) Preparing and implementing all QC & QA procedures. (3) Ensuring legal compliance of all products and conformity with internal and national standards. (4) Preparing quality control plans, control limits, specification, for raw materials, working progress, finished goods, packaging materials, auxiliary materials, and utilities. (5) Regularly preparing and following reports to management and aligning implementation of corrective and preventive actions. - Reporting to: Factory Manager. - Subordinates: Quality control and quality assurance team. - Length of Probation Period: 3 months. - Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 08.00 to 17:00 - Thursday 08:00 to 13:00. - Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: BSc. of Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Microbiology. - Other certifications obtained: HACCP, ISO22000, ISO17025, SPC. - Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 7 years experience, preferably in the food and beverage industries. - Specialist knowledge: Understanding foodstuffs, general food science, knowledge of quality, familiarity with quality assurance. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership ability, good negotiation & communication skills, team building skills, strong problem-solving capabilities.
