Requirements
- University Qualifications: BSc. of Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Microbiology.
- Other certifications obtained: HACCP, ISO22000, ISO17025, SPC.
- Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 7 years experience, preferably in the food and beverage industries.
- Specialist knowledge: Understanding foodstuffs, general food science, knowledge of quality, familiarity with quality assurance.
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership ability, good negotiation & communication skills, team building skills, strong problem-solving capabilities.
