Job Description

Objective: Quality Control Engineer Main Responsibilities: - Design and preparation of welding procedures(WPS&PQR) - Design and preparation of plan& quality test manual(QCP&QCTM). - Inspection of pipe welding, tanks & structure, paint & sand blast & refractory materials. - Review of vendore QC/QA documents regarding fabrication of equipment, inspection of oil&gas equipment at different fabrication stages. - Preparation of test procedure and doing for Vacuum test, Peaking & Banding test, Plumbness test, roundness test, oil test, hydrostatic test and etc. Reporting to: Head of QC Dept./Engineering Manager Subordinates: Head of QC Dept. Number Required: one Duration: 1 year contract Desired Start Date: 1 month from this date Probation: 3 months Working Hours: 9 (8am-5pm) Travel Requirements: Occasional travel within country Gross monthly base salary: To be agreed Commission / Bonus: Maybe Other Benefits: None
