Your new department

The Quality Assurance department is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality across the value chain. Based in Kordan (Karaj – Iran), the team operates in a dynamic and collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders to guarantee product quality and patient safety. Your new role
As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Novo Nordisk standards, and local regulations to maintain product quality and patient safety.
• Foster a Quality Mindset within the Local Management Team (LMT) to enhance overall quality standards and simplify processes and act as a Quality Assurance (QA) Approver for Change Requests and Deviations, and validation activities while collaborating with process owners on quality-related issues.
• Developing, implementing, and measuring quality assurance strategies to drive continuous improvement.
• Overseeing product release, facility and utility compliance, and auditing processes against internal and regulatory standards.
• Managing supplier and vendor quality, including issue resolution and alignment of outsourcing partners with organizational quality standards.
• Oversee document control, audits involvements, and deliver training.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing quality guidance that supports product quality



Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional who can meet the following qualifications:
• B.Sc. in Engineering or secondary vocational education (preferably Biology, chemical, medical, pharmaceutical, or food production); English proficiency above intermediate level (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or device manufacturing, with solid business understanding of pharmaceutical production.
• Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines, pharmaceutical quality systems, regulatory requirements, and local industry regulations.
• Results oriented, responsible; demonstrates leadership, teamwork, intercultural awareness, agility, and strong organizational skills in line with the Novo Nordisk Way.
• Confident PC user with knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Internet) and general IT capability; committed to quality and continuous improvement.
