Job Description

● Make policy, manage and monitor unit activities related to KPI. ● Analyze KPI outputs and define corrective actions. ● Negotiate with units and facilitation measures if needed. ● Make policy, manage and monitor business process activities. ● Make policy and manage software production process meetings. ● Negotiate with units and facilitate measures if needed. ● Provide a technical and qualitative perspective in order to update the description of team duties and organizational structure. ● Plan unit and determine the objectives of unit activities. ● Provide analytical reports of unit activities to senior managers. ● Make policy and manage activities related to identifying and establishing the methods and standards required by the unit in the field of process and quality. ● Supervise and manage the activities of subordinate employees.

Requirements

● More than eight years of experience in the QA field; more than three years of supervisory experience. ● Proficient with business process management software (ITIL, BPMN, and CMMI). ● Proficient with quality assurance standards (ISO 9001, and ISO 19011). ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Familiar with programming concepts and software architecture. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. ● Strong supervisory and leadership skills. ● Master’s degree in Software Engineering, IT Engineering, or Information Technology Management.
