Job Description

• Supervising the Laboratory and Quality Control personnel and issues • Notifying the work instructions and QC manager's commands to subordinates. • Ensuring the Maintenance of related Reports, Tests and Inspections and updating them and designing new ones if needed. • Analyzing Process Control Charts and statistical data and product specifications to compliance with local standards. • Communicating with QC Manager regarding to Quality and Food Safety issues. • Coordinating the Quality issues with supervisors of other departments • Holding internal Quality meeting and following the items to be closed ASAP. • Distinguishing Quality critical points and monitoring them to prevent any Quality problem. • Other Duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science. • Min 5 years relevant experience in food industries. • Skills in the principles of supervision. • Proficiency in chemical & microbiological tests. • Ability to work in a team • Good communication skills • Hard working and initiative • Reporting to: QC Manager • Working hours: Ability to work in 12 hours rotating shifts. • Language Skills: Good in English, Both written and Oral • Computer Skills: Expert with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and statistical Programs (SPC, Minitab,...) • Current Residence: Karaj, Hashtgerd or other cities near Hashtgerd • Gender: men
