Core purposes and job description: QA related responsibilities: - Designing, implementing and executing Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2008 - Defining workflows, procedures and work instructions for every defined process - Monitoring, controlling and reviewing continuous improvement of quality management system based on quality objectives and company strategies - Providing internal audit program, plan and checklists and performing internal audit - Providing data analysis reports based on the defined indices in every process - Monitoring each department’s tasks to be executed perfectly, based on the requirements - Identifying non-conformities and issuing appropriate preventive and corrective actions Technology related responsibilities: - Managing and coordinating any activity that is necessary in running and establishing a manufacturing complex - Performing research and coming up with new producible ideas to meet the organizational goals. - Finding the best machinery and know-how suppliers among European manufacturers - Effective and continuous communication with technology suppliers - Provide periodic statistical reports to the managing director
