Requirements

Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing and finding best local & foreign suppliers including trader or manufacturers. 2. Prepare price comparison between best offers which they got from sources. 3. Preparing full set of documents to get necessary approvals and follow the situation till final confirmation. 4. Responsible for purchasing negotiations with suppliers and preparing final proposal. 5. Coordination with suppliers to deliver purchased item or services on required time and arranging logistic transportation team to get goods from suppliers and deliver it to the factory. 6. Preparing contract proposals (including technical). 7. Advising technical specifications to all the requisitions regarding their requests. 8. Keeping financial affairs and indicators balance, during purchasing process. 9. Archiving and preparing periodic supplier’s evaluation. 10. Visit From suppliers in order to monitoring quality and accelerating purchase process 11. Being a single point of connection between all the departments and Purchasing specialist’s affairs. 12. Being Key person user in order to solve all the purchasing’s operational issues. 13. Following urgent and critical requests from A to Z. 14. Responsible person to put all the contract information together and prepare draft version of the contract. 15. Responsible for some purchasing directly and from A to Z. 16. Preparing all the internal reports (including Pending orders Report, Open Report, Supplier evaluation Report, Cash Flow Report, Weekly payment report ...) 17. Evaluating local & foreign suppliers and importing materials in order to find and replace a local & foreign source for the items which are importing. 18. Responsible for defining the quantity and type of materials for productions, opening purchase request for raw/ pack materials for production, also he is responsible to make sure about continuous cycle of raw/pack materials – and at the same time providing production plan for production team which the final goal is avoiding out of stock and lots of stock both for raw materials and finished goods 19. Taking necessary actions related to production plans and realization accordingly 20. Running MRP to determine the required amount of raw and pack materials for production. 21. Processing the information to create some controlling reports, production plan and ordering needed Raw material. 22. Creative thinking in prepare production plans. 23. Scheduling and prioritizing open tasks, according to production plan and sales. 24. Planning, organizing and priority tasks according to realization production plan and sales. 25. Collect information for create controlling report and production plan and ordering needed material. 26. Taking necessary actions related to production plans and realization accordingly 27. Supervision on running MRP to determine the required amount of raw and pack materials for production 28. Processing the information to create some controlling reports, production plan and ordering needed RP 29. Supervision on creative thinking in prepare production plans. 30. Supervision on scheduling and prioritizing open tasks, according to production plan and sales. 31. Supervision on planning, organizing and priority tasks according to realization production plan and sales. 32. Supervision on collect information for create controlling report and production plan and ordering needed material.
