Job Description

Developing and implementing purchasing strategies, as well as associated supportive plans.
Analyzing industry trends and purchasing demand while considering the strategies defined in the organization.
Performing necessary activities to establish and maintain effective relationships with existing and new suppliers.
Tracking and monitoring supplier performance, resolving issues, and initiating improvements to drive operational excellence.
Preparing and consolidating data to support operational decisionmaking or activity-planning.

Requirements

At least 8 to 10 years of purchasing management experience.
Experience in managing relationships with suppliers through interactive communication.
Extensive purchasing knowledge in the vehicle and automotive industry is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Possessing an analytical mindset along with a good vision about anticipation and prevention of supply shortfalls.
Fluency in English is a must.
