Job Description
• Increase public awareness about the company and the brand • Communicate with customers, enhance their engagement, answer their questions and respond to their comments • Recommend, develop, and execute marketing communications plans • Evaluate partnership, sponsorship, and advertising opportunities on a daily basis • Plan and manage social media outputs • Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results • Gather and publish industry and company’s news • Coordinate events and exhibitions • Act as the company’s spokesperson • Write and edit public documents • Compose customer satisfaction and marketing questionnaires
Requirements
• BA/MA Degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields • Successful work experience in Public Relations • Experience designing and executing successful Public Relations campaigns • Strong relationships with business and industry media outlets • An up-to-date knowledge of customer needs and marketing trends • Familiarity with ISO 10002:2004 guidelines • CRM knowledge • Fluent in English • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Farsi and English • Excellent interpersonal skills • Professional appearance
