Job Description

- Reporting to: Managing Director/ factory manager - Length of Probation Period: 3 Months. - Travel requirements: maybe. - Gross Monthly Base Salary: Agreement - Planning production processes based on customer orders. - Prepare and develop production reports and project reports as required by management. - Ensure proper filing of documents - Design required documents according to the planning process. - Design and perform organizational systems and methods based on continuous improvement plans. - Promote and share ideas for technical improvement. - Extract key learnings from operations, and report them to the factory manager to program strategy and staff development processes. - Development and Run 5S methodology and supervising its ongoing implementation. - Run ISO standards, planning and implementing corporation systems and methods. - Driving forward the selected key strategic projects in order to execute the strategies.

Requirements

- Only Female- - Age: max 50 years old - At least Bachelor degree in industrial engineering, industrial management or any related major. - At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role. - Familiarity with the principles of scheduling. - Introduction to the procurement process and supply chain. - Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to convince and negotiate. - Proficiency with software including industrial engineering softwares, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
