• Negotiation with the clients, project design, managing the project execution and reporting
• Develop full scale project plans
• Create and execute projects work plans and appropriate revisions to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of accounts.
• Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Excellent ability to work in a team environment and managing a team.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate
alternative business solutions.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
