Job Description
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget .
Develop daily, weekly and monthly work schedules
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Inventory Control -Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Approving and authorizing the funding for the program
Identify and develop tools for monitoring, measuring, evaluating, controlling and reporting progress against plan and budget.
Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
Providing the time schedule of the projects.
Monitor project progress, report on progress as well as problems and solutions as needed
Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Create schedule and project timeline, track deliverable
