Job Description

Objective: This role exists to manage site and construction contracts on-site. Dealing with and reporting to project manager, dealing with sub-contractors and other trades, coordinating all aspects of the works so that the building project is completed in line with the requirements, within budget, acceptable quality and on time. Main responsibilities: - Guiding the project team in the site - Developing the project's master schedule and Preparing budget and cost estimates. - Developing estimates of work load to be performed by various work crews. - Managing the construction performance in the site. - Supervising the quality of the performance. - Negotiating and signing contract with subcontractors and controlling them. - Ensure safety to public, site visitors and staff on site at all times, ensuring that preventative measures are taken, including personal protection, following safety instructions and following all aspects of the health and safety proposal for the site.
