Job Description

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
• Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
• Coordinate with internal parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage relationships between internal teams.
• Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
• Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or an MBA graduate.
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
• High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance.
• Comfortable navigating through gray areas without clear solutions.
• Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
• Familiar with Excel, Power BI, and task management tools.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Self-starter with good time management skills when urgent deadlines need to be met.
• Ability to think outside the box, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and time management.
• Proficiency in English.
